Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

We will replace any damaged of defective goods at no cost to the customer. We require “Items to be returned” document to be completed and returned with the item(s). Some manufacturers prefer to discuss options directly with customers.

If an item is ordered incorrectly we will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods. The item(s) must be returned to the pharmacy unopened and undamaged in the original packaging. Postage costs will not be refunded. “Items to be returned” form must be completed and accompany the item.

Cancellation of orders

A cancellation fee of $5 will apply for any orders cancelled

Shellharbour Village Pharmacy will use Australia Post or other courier services for deliveries. Items will be delivered to the address provided and will require a signature on receipt. We recommend using a business address to avoid unattended deliveries. Items will not be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.

Items will be delivered upon receipt of payment and will be packaged to adhere to privacy regulations.
Most orders will be processed within ONE business day Monday to Friday assuming items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different distribution centres and therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order. We can discuss alternatives if required.

Most Prescription orders will be dispensed and dispatched the same day the actual prescription is received Monday to Friday. Please allow sufficient time for delivery via Australia Post of your prescription medicines so you do not run out. We recommend to allow 7 days for delivery or 10 days in remote areas. If sending a prescription to us also allow appropriate time for the prescription to reach us and for the order to be sent back. Allow extra time in peak delivery times for Australia Post such as the Christmas/New Year and Easter periods and for Public holidays.
