Travacalm H.O. contains hyoscine hydrobromide only. It is not as long acting as dimenhydrinate and has no caffeine. Therefore, it is ideal for shorter trips, for those who do not want to take a product with caffeine and when drowsiness is desirable. Travacalm H.O. is ideal for travel of shorter duration (less than six hours) and can be used in children over the age of eight years.

InstructionsFor effectiveness, the initial dose should be taken 30 minutes before departure. Repeat four to six hourly if necessary.
WarningsAlways read the label. Follow the directions for use. Caution: This medication may cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery. Avoid Alcohol. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.
DosageDirections: Adults – 1 or 2 tablets (Maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours). Children 8-12 years – Half to one tablet (maximum of 2 tablets in 24 hours).
